Library hours of operation are unchanged.

Parking

Parking is available on site and in the municipal lot on High Street.

Please note: Library users may not park on School Street.


Services

Carpeno History Room and Archival Collections

Access to the Carpeno History Room and its collections is by appointment only with the Library's Archivist. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. For more information or to make an appointment, please email Arielle Nathanson at anathanson@sharon.ocln.org.


Circulation Services

The Circulation Desk is located on the Main Floor just inside the entrance to the building. All checkouts occur at this desk or at the self-checkout kiosks (see below).

Self-Holds - patron holds are located on shelves opposite the Circulation Desk.

Self-Checkout - patrons may check out their items at the two MeeScan kiosks located next to the holds shelves. They are also welcome to check out at the Circulation Desk.


Youth Services is located on the Upper Level of the Library. This includes the Children's Room, Young Adult Area and all children's and young adult collections.


Adult Services - the Adult Services Desk is located on the Main Floor near the Reading Room. 

Study Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are reserved via our Room Booking Portal. Walk-ins are also welcome to use these rooms, subject to availability. Please direct all questions about study rooms to the Adult Services Desk located on the Main Level (ext.1422).

Meeting Rooms are available by request via our Room Booking Portal and are subject to approval by the Library Director. Please direct all questions about meeting rooms to Library Director, Lee Ann Amend at lamend@sharon.ocln.org.
